The four questions every owner asks at closing time
- Where did the missing packs go?
- Every purchase, sale, return and stock adjustment is recorded with who did it. When the count on the shelf and the count in the system differ, you see exactly which batch and how much it is worth.
- What is about to expire?
- JestPharma warns you 90, 60 and 30 days before a batch expires, with the quantity and cedi value at risk, so you can sell it, return it or discount it in time. Expired batches cannot be sold.
- Did the MoMo really come in?
- The customer gets a payment prompt on their own phone, and the sale only completes when Paystack confirms the money arrived. No more screenshots to trust.
- How did the shop do today?
- Sales, profit and each cashier's cash count are on your phone wherever you are, and a summary arrives by SMS when the shop closes. Large refunds and discounts are reported the moment they happen.
Set up for your licence, not just your till
Drugstores (licensed chemical sellers) and retail pharmacies are allowed to sell different medicines. JestPharma checks your Pharmacy Council licence when you join and only lets each shop sell what its licence allows.
Your subscription never replaces your licence. It helps you stay inside it.
