Privacy notice

This notice explains how Jhuxtello iTech Solutions handles personal information in JestPharma, in line with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

What we collect

• Account details: names, phone numbers, email addresses and passwords (stored only in scrambled form).
• Business details: business and outlet names, locations, licence numbers and licence documents.
• Payment records: amounts, dates and Paystack references. Card and mobile money details are handled by Paystack; we never see or store them.
• Technical records: sign-in times and IP addresses, used to keep accounts secure.

How we use it

• To run your account, verify your licence and send service messages by SMS, such as codes, receipts and reminders.
• To bill your subscription and prevent fraud.
• To support you when you contact us. Our support staff can open a read-only view of your account to help you; each view is recorded, and the owner can switch this off in Business settings.

We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Paystack, to process payments; our SMS provider, to deliver messages; and our hosting provider, to store data. Each only receives what it needs for that job. We share information with authorities only when the law requires it.

Keeping it safe

Each business can only see its own records. Secret keys are encrypted and connections use HTTPS.
