Everything a medicine counter needs, and nothing it does not

JestPharma is rolling out to early-access businesses in stages. Every business on the platform gets each new part as soon as it is released, at no extra cost.

Selling

Box, strip and tablet prices: Set a price for each pack size. Stock is counted in tablets underneath, so selling 23 tablets from a box of 100 always leaves the right count.
Barcode and quick search: Scan the pack or type the first letters of the brand or generic name.
Verified MoMo and card payments: Paystack sends the payment prompt to the customer's phone. The receipt prints only when the money is confirmed. Split a bill between cash and MoMo.
Receipts and refunds: Printed or SMS receipts. Refunds above your limit need a manager's approval and are reported to you.

Stock and expiry

Batch numbers and expiry dates: Each delivery is recorded by batch. Sales take from the earliest-expiring batch first, and expired or recalled batches are blocked.
Expiry warnings: Alerts at 90, 60 and 30 days, showing the quantity and its value, so there is time to sell or return it.
Low-stock reminders: Set a reorder level per medicine and get a list of what to buy before you run out.
Stock counts: Count a shelf or the whole shop. Differences show with their cedi value, and adjustments need approval.

Owner control

Dashboard on your phone: Today's sales, profit, low stock and expiring batches, for one shop or all your branches.
Daily SMS summary: When the last shift closes, the day's takings and any cash shortage arrive by SMS.
Staff roles and audit trail: Cashiers sell, managers approve, owners see everything. Every price change, discount and adjustment is recorded with a name.
Suppliers and purchases: Purchase orders, deliveries checked against the order, and what you owe each supplier.

JestPharma runs in any modern browser on a computer, tablet or phone. An Android app that keeps selling when the network drops is on the way.
