Both. Drugstores (licensed chemical sellers) and retail pharmacies each get the rules that match their Pharmacy Council licence.
We remind you by SMS a week before, three days before and the day before. If a paid plan ends, you get a grace period to pay before access stops. Your records are never deleted for late payment.
Yes, from your billing page. Unused days on your current plan are turned into extra days on the new plan, so you never lose what you paid.
JestPharma only allows each shop to sell what its Pharmacy Council licence allows. Checking the licence protects you and your customers.
Each business can only see its own records. Payment details are handled by Paystack and never stored by us.
