Terms of service

JestPharma is provided by Jhuxtello iTech Solutions, Ghana.

Your account

You must give accurate business and licence information and keep your password private. You are responsible for what your staff do with the accounts you create.

Your licence

A JestPharma subscription is not permission to sell any medicine. You must hold and keep a valid licence from the Pharmacy Council of Ghana for each outlet, and follow its rules. We may limit or suspend an account whose licence we cannot verify or which appears to be selling medicines it is not licensed to sell.

Free trial and payment

• New businesses get a free trial. No payment details are needed to start.
• Subscriptions are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, through Paystack. Prices are shown in Ghana cedis on the pricing page.
• If a paid period ends without renewal, a grace period applies, after which access is paused until payment. Records are not deleted for late payment.
• When you switch plans, unused days on your current plan are converted into extra days on the new plan.
• Payments already made are not refunded for unused time, except where the law requires.

Your data

Your business records belong to you. We process them only to provide JestPharma, as described in our privacy notice. You can ask for a copy of your data at any time.

Service

We work to keep JestPharma available, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We are not liable for losses caused by internet or power failures outside our control.
